A team of outreach workers is on site 5 days a week to respond to the diverse needs of community members. Our social mediation team promotes cohabitation, inclusivity and good relations between all communities in the Milton Parc neighborhood. They raise awareness, de-escalate crisis situations in the neighbourhood, and organize activities to bring people together and break isolation.
A navigator accompanies community members on appointments to promote safe access to health, social and legal services, according to individual needs.
The team is also mandated to provide basic needs when needed (harm reduction equipment, first-aid items etc.).
