Contact us to know when the next haircut day is!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<\/div> \n\t\n\t\t\n\t<h3 style=\"background-image: url(https:\/\/www.opendoortoday.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-17-aspect-ratio-3-2-1.png)\"><a href=\"#\">Social Reinsertion <\/a><\/h3>\n\t<div>\n\t<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individualized support from our frontline team.<\/li>\n<li>Access to a telephone and four computers every day. This empowers participants while respecting personal autonomy, and enables participants to maintain links with their loved ones.<\/li>\n<li>Referrals to addiction rehabilitation centres; in certain cases, accompaniment to the centre.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly support groups available on-site.<\/li>\n<li>Community, Compensatory and PAAS-Action hours on-site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<\/div> \n\t\n\t\t\n\t<h3 style=\"background-image: url(https:\/\/www.opendoortoday.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/assureur-negociation-contrat-aspect-ratio-3-2-1.jpg)\"><a href=\"#\">On-site Consultation and Partnerships<\/a><\/h3>\n\t<div>\n\t<p class=\"Normal tm5\"><span class=\"tm6\">We&#8217;ve partnered with several organizations and institutions in the medical, social and legal fields in order to offer on-site services:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Paragraphedeliste tm6\">\n<p class=\"Paragraphedeliste tm6\"><strong>Nursing services :<\/strong>\u00a0In order to provide on-site health services to the community members, we have partnered with the CIUSS and McGill. Whether it is for basic health care, STI testings, vaccinations, \u00a0follow-ups or referrals, these partnerships offer on-site nursing services to meet an important need in the community and improve the quality of life of those that access it. We also have a doctor from the Book Humanitaire on-site on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"Paragraphedeliste tm6\">\n<p class=\"Paragraphedeliste tm6\"><strong>Legal aid :<\/strong> Representatives from the Mobile Legal Clinic and the First Peoples Justice Center come on-site to help participants and community members understand their rights and represent them in legal procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"Paragraphedeliste tm6\">\n<p class=\"Normal tm8\"><span class=\"tm9\"><strong>External social services :<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Personalized support is provided on-site by social workers from various community organizations and institutions such as the Equipe Connexion from CLSC M\u00e9tro and Dialogue from the YMCA.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>*Contact us for precise dates for the services.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<\/div> \n\t\n\t\t\n\t<h3 style=\"background-image: url(https:\/\/www.opendoortoday.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/tommy-carving-2-2-aspect-ratio-3-2.jpg)\"><a href=\"#\">Cultural activities<\/a><\/h3>\n\t<div>\n\t<p><strong>Soapstone carving:<\/strong> A ventilated carving workshop with all the necessary tools is available on site for Inuit community members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Country food:<\/strong> In Inuit culture, the sharing of traditional food is an important part of life. We partner with hunters in the north to offer traditional food to community members as often as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crafts:<\/strong> We offer craft materials to community members who wish to practice traditional art forms, such as beadwork and leatherwork.
